BROWN  - John Ellis Brown,  6mths old baby,  son of Mr and Mrs P.W.Brown --- Nelson,  found dead in his cot ---  
GAHAN -  James Joseph,  aged 68, missing from his home in Wanganui since 17 August ------  found dead on the beach -----   
BOYD -  Robert Hugh,  age 65 of Blenheim,   suffered fatal head injuries  on a crossing in Christchurch,  ------   no relations living in NZ  -------

BLAYMIRES - Kevin Leon,  son of Mr W.H.,  of Takapuna, a 2yr old boy  ----   died at his home.

Obituary  -  004a
MADDEN -  David William,  age 57, of Wellington,  -- chairman of directors and Wellington manager of NZ Breweries,  -- was a Lieutenant in the NZ Rifle  Brigade
                          during WW1,  in 1918, married Miss Irene WALLER,  of Marlborough  --- survived by his wife , daughter and son.

Du CROSS - Alfred Du Cross,  has died in Kent, England, aged 78  ---  spent some time in Auckland during the recent war.
WATSON - John,  aged 79,   born in Cumberland,  -- came to Auckland 40 years ago --- survived by wife, 2 sons and 2 daughters.
